PURPOSE: An official recognition certification service method using tape-recording contents and system thereof are provided to convert call contents into document data using voice recognition technology. CONSTITUTION: A management server opens a speech path(S210). An IVR(Interactive Voice Response) server transmits a prepared automatic response announcement to a first terminal or a second terminal(S230). The management server certifies the user of the first terminal or the second terminal(S240). A recording unit records voice call contents between the first terminal and the second terminal(S270). A voice recognition unit recognizes the voice call contents(S280). The management server stores the transmitted voice data and text data in a database(S330).
