PURPOSE: A compression testing apparatus is provided to test the performance of a compressor safely and efficiently and composing the test conditions equal to the real operation state.;CONSTITUTION: A compression testing apparatus(1) comprises a compressor(100), an expansion unit(200), a first line(L1), a second line(L2), and a first valve(V1). The expansion unit expands the fluid flowed through the compressor. The expanded fluid by the expansion unit is returned to the first line. The second line flows the fluid to a cryogenic cooler and restores the fluid to the compressor. The first valve selectively flows the fluid flowed through the expansion unit to the first line or the second line.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
