PURPOSE: A concrete structure reinforcement using a composite fiber sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently repair and reinforce a concrete structure and to enable the production of a bidirectional precast panel which does not have joints.;CONSTITUTION: A concrete structure reinforcement using a composite fiber sheet comprises a standard production frame(1), a separating material(2), a composite fiber sheet(4), a stainless steel wire(6), silica sand(9), and epoxy resins(3,5,7,8). The standard production frame is manufactured using stainless steel and plastic materials. The separating material separates the reinforcement from the standard production frame. The composite fiber sheet is manufactured using carbon fiber, glass fiber, aramid fiber, and basalt fiber. The stainless steel wire reinforces the composite fiber sheet. The silica sand is easily attached to a concrete structure to be reinforced. The epoxy resins attach the composite fiber sheet, the stainless steel wire, and the silica sand to the reinforcement.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
