PURPOSE: A construction method of a prestressed concrete bridge using a precast concrete box girder unit and a middle slab unit is provided to improve cost efficiency by enabling the rapid construction of a bridge. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a prestressed concrete bridge using a precast concrete box girder unit and a middle slab unit is as follows. Outermost PSC box girders(10) manufactured using precast concrete materials are horizontally arranged in a line. Each outermost PSC box girder is composed of a lower plate, side walls, and an upper plate. The side walls are vertically positioned at both sides of the lower plate. The upper plate is arranged on the tops of the side walls. A middle slab(30) is arranged between the outermost PSC box girders. Prestress is applied to the upper plates of the PSC box girders and the middle slab. The PSC box girders are arranged on both sides of a pier.
