PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of particle external additives for e-paper using a silicon dioxide is more provided to quantitatively and uniformly adsorb external additives to particles by using solution adsorption method, to remarkably improve durability by chemical bonds, to retrain aggregation phenomenon, and to remarkably improve flexability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of particle external additives for e-paper using a silicon dioxide comprises a purification step(S10) purifying silicon dioxide for heat-treating silicon dioxide at 300-500 C for 15-30 hours, and an amino group substitution step(S20) manufacturing silicon dioxide having an amino group by adding and reacting the silicon dioxide to the solvent. The amino substitution step comprises a step(S21) of manufacturing a reactive solution by adding the silicon dioxide into the solvent and dispersing the same, a step(S22) of heating the reaction solution under nitrogen atmosphere, a step(S23) of adding (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane into the reaction solution, and a step(S24) of stirring the reaction solution.
