PURPOSE: A cancer diagnostic marker including claim-cytokeratin 8/18 composite autoimmune antibody and a cancer composition for diagnosis including the antigen are provided to diagnose the incidence of the breast cancer having sensitivity of 50 % and specificity of 82%.;CONSTITUTION: A cancer diagnostic marker includes claim-cytokeratin 8/18 composite autoimmune antibody. An autoimmune antibody is specifically united with the cytokeratin 8/18 composite or the fraction including the antigen combining site. The autoimmune antibody is represented by ISPDAHS described in the sequence number 21(SEQ ID NO:21) TLSHTRT described in the sequence number 22, ISPGAHS described in the sequence number 27, and IAPDAHS described in the sequence number 28. The autoimmune antibody recognizes amino acid sequence represented by ISADAHS described in the sequence number 29, ISPDAAS described in the sequence number 30 or ISPDAHA described in the sequence number 31. The autoimmune antibody comprises variable domain of heavy chain which includes the heavy chain CDR1 described in the sequence number 3, the heavy chain CDR2 described in the sequence number 4, and the heavy chain CDR3 described in the sequence number 5, and the variable domain of light chain including the chain CDR1 described in the sequence number 6, the chain CDR2 described in the sequence number 7, and the chain CDR3 described in the sequence number 8.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
