PURPOSE: A concurrent synthetic method of hybrid structure of temperature - adjustable peptide - gold nano-particles is provided to manufacture peptide - gold nano-particles sphere in one step. CONSTITUTION: A concurrent synthetic method of hybrid structure of temperature - adjustable peptide - gold nano-particles comprises the following step: contacting the gold - bind peptide as a gold ion reducing agent and a self-assembly derivative with gold salt. The self-assembly of the gold - binding peptide is induced by the manufacturing method and a scaffold for the hybrid structure is formed. At the same time, the gold nano-particle is formed within the scaffold. The gold - bind peptide includes amino acid having an aromatic group as R group. The gold salt is HAuCl4, HAuBr4, naAuCl4, auCl33H2O and NaAuCl42H2O.
