PURPOSE: A power saver for improving the quality of a voltage and a current is provided to automatically control an output voltage by absorbing and consuming surge energy due to the variation of a current using a surge absorber.;CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit(100) senses the current, voltage and power factor of a power supply(10) which are supplied to a load(900).
