PURPOSE: A device and a method for processing a glasses frame are provided to precisely and minutely process a glasses frame because a cantilever tilting index is rotated by set data.;CONSTITUTION: A device(1) for processing a glasses frame comprises a body unit(10), an ATC(Automatic Tool Changer)(20), a cantilever tilting index(30), a spindle(40), and a transferring unit(50). The body unit comprises an opening(12) in a front surface and a controller(14) in one side. The ATC automatically exchanges necessary tool to process workpieces to a glasses frame. The cantilever tilting index is in one side of the body unit and supports the workpieces. The spindle is arrange on the top of the cantilever tilting index and coupled with the tools. The spindle receives power, thereby transmitting the power to the tools. The transferring unit is selectively joined to the spindle and transfers the spindle between the top of the cantilever tilting index and the ATC.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
