摘要

PURPOSE: A rubber hose marking and clamping equipment and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to mark other colors according to a sort of a material by installing a pair of markers, thereby smoothly performing a task.;CONSTITUTION: A rubber hose marking and clamping equipment comprises a jig plate(100), a sensing unit(200), a marker(300), a clampers(400), a vision inspection device(500), a discharging plate(600), a 6-axis articulated robot(700), and a controlling unit(800). The jig plate comprises a material seating groove and opened grooves. The sensing unit transmits the input state of materials in the material placing groove. The marker marks the outer circumference of a material. A pair of the clampers inserts clips in both end parts of the material. The vision inspection device inspects a marked state of the circumference of the material. A conveyor is horizontally installed in the discharging plate so that the discharging plate discharges the marked and clamped material. The 6-axis articulated robot grips the material seated on the material seating groove through the opened groove, thereby transferring the material to the marker, the clamper, the vision inspection device, and the discharging plate. The controlling unit controls the 6-axis articulated robot according to signals transmitted from the sensing unit, the marker, the clamper, and the vision inspection device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
