PURPOSE: A high-strength concrete composition using fly ash geopolymer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance mechanical strength, acid-resistance, thermal insulation, non-toxicity, low shrinkage rate, low alkali aggregate reaction and heavy metal raptorial. CONSTITUTION: A high-strength concrete composition uses geopolymer mortar and aggregates. A manufacturing method of GEO polymer mortar comprises the following step: performing GEO polymer polymerization by adding alkali silicate, alkali hydroxide, strength enhancer, water reducing agent, and water to fly ash. The aggregate is one or two among bottom ash aggregate, steel-manufacturing slag aggregate, copper smelting slag aggregate and nickel metallurgy slag aggregate. The particle diameter of the fly ash is 1-20 micro meters. The aggregate uses 100-450 parts by weight of thick aggregate having the particle diameter of 2.5-15mm and 50-200 parts by weight of fine aggregate having the particle diameter of 1-2.5mm based on 100 parts by weight of fly ash.
