PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a halogenated polycarbonate is provided to provide halogenated carbonate having a simple production process, being deformed by a deformation of a monomer, and having staining resistance and low reflectivity.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a halogenated polycarbonate comprises a polymer synthesis step reacting a carbonated-based monomer and a diol monomer under alkali salt. The carbonate-based monomer is selected from a carbonate monomer, a dicarboxylate monomer, and combinations thereof.
