PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus for dressed carcasses of chicken is provided to prevent the separation or slipping of the skin from the chicken when cutting the dressed carcasses.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting apparatus for dressed carcasses of chicken includes an upper frame(110), a lower frame(120), a driver(130), and an operation unit(140). The operation unit for cutting the dressed carcasses of the chicken is installed on the upper frame. The lower frame is formed into a cube shape using plural square pipes to obtain the predetermined intensity value of the frames, and supports the upper frame. A hydraulic driver is installed on the lower frame for operating the operation unit. The driver includes an oil tank for storing working medium oil, the hydraulic driver transferring the oil by the operation of a switch, and a hydraulic cylinder operated by the oil.
