摘要

PURPOSE: A flexure hinge based nanopositioner manufactured from polymers and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to exercise three-dimensionally by composing a nanopositioner of polymers through injection molding.;CONSTITUTION: A nanopositioner(1) is completely made of polymers. The nano-positioner includes a tilted hinge portion. The hinge portion is composed of first hinges(30) and second hinges(40). A manufacturing method of the nanopositioner includes an injection molding process. The mold part corresponding to the flexure hinge is formed in parallel with a resin flowing direction. The nanopositioner includes a pin-point gate which is located in the center of two adjacent flexure hinges.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
