PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a powder metal machine part sinter-hardened after high-density formation by a warm die is provided to obtain a high wear resistance by subjecting powder metal, comprising inorganic carbon, chrome, and iron aggregate, to a plurality of processes.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a powder metal machine part sinter-hardened after high-density formation by a warm die comprises the steps of: preparing a mold mixture by mixing carbon 0.10-1.00 parts by weight of organic carbon, a lubricant, to 100 parts by weight of powder metal comprising 0.10-1.00 weight% of inorganic carbon, 2.00-4.00 weight% of chromium, 0.10-1.00 weight% of molybdenum, and the remaining amount of iron, inserting the mold mixture to a mold heated to a temperature range of 50-70 degrees, compacting the mold mixture under a pressure of 7-7.5ton/ to obtain a high-density molded body, heating the molded body at a temperature of 1100-1140 degrees for 10-30 minutes, slowly cooling the sintered body at 1-3/second in a nitrogen atmosphere, and annealing the sintered body at a temperature of 180-200 degrees for 60-90 minutes in the air atmosphere.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
