PURPOSE: A method for controlling a submerged membrane bioreactor system is provided to reduce the occurrence of fouling due to the injection of coagulant and to extend the life of a separating membrane. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling a submerged membrane bioreactor system includes the following: feed water is introduced into a water collecting bath(100); the feed water is screened through a drum screen(200), and the screened water is introduced into an anoxic bath(300); the treated water is introduced into an anaerobic bath(400); the treated water is introduced into a membrane separating bath(500); coagulant is transferred to an U-shaped inline mixer(590); the water in the membrane separating bath is transferred to the U-shaped inline mixer; a mixture of the water and the coagulant is transferred to the separating membrane bath; and a controlling part(800) implement a separating membrane process with respect to the mixture.
