PURPOSE: A system and a method for supplying a service uninterruptedly in JEE(Java Enterprise Editions) environment are provided to supply an internet service without rebooting by storing controller information in a file in case of changing a servlet as a controller. CONSTITUTION: A file maintaining unit(810) maintains controller information about a controller in an MVC(Model View Controller) model. A supplying unit(820) supplies the file and the controller information. The controller is implemented through a servlet. The MVC model generates code information for supplying an internet service through controller information and result information of the model. The code information is transmitted to a client.
