DAILY WALNUT PACKING BAG FOR PREVENTING ACIDIFICATION CAPABLE OF MAINTAINING WALNUTS IN A FRESH STATE

PURPOSE: A daily walnut packing bag for preventing acidification is provided to prevent the acidification of walnuts by individually packing walnuts for a day.;CONSTITUTION: A daily walnut packing bag for preventing acidification comprises a packing paper and a free oxygen absorber. The packing paper is OPP/PE/VMPET/PE/Nucrel films with excellent vapor permeability and oxygen barrier properties. The high barrier packing papers formed by laminating films are cut in the 8-10cm of the width and the 14-16cm of the length. The packing papers are laminated to seal the edges in about 5-8mm of the width. Raw walnuts of about 30g suitable for daily allowance and residual oxygen are adsorbed in a bag. In order to perfectly remove oxygen inside the bag, deoxidant with the oxygen adsorbing capacity of about 30cc is inserted and sealed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
