PURPOSE: An indirect air heat connection water evaporation air conditioner and water cooling apparatus are provided to reduce energy consumption by stably reducing indoor temperature.;CONSTITUTION: Water is connected to the evaporation surface of an evaporation tank. Heat is indirectly transmitted to the evaporation surface by blowing indoor air using a fan. Steam is discharged to a suction fan. The heat of the generated steam is exchanged with the indoor air. An air hole is formed the evaporation surface of the evaporation tank. The pressure of the indoor air is maintained by inserting the indoor air into the air hole.
