PURPOSE: A navigation cover equipped with a light shade is provided to prevent the exposure of a navigation device to direct sunlight with a sunlight shading unit and a mesh member.;CONSTITUTION: A navigation cover(1) equipped with a light shade comprises a cover body(10) and a light-shielding member. A navigation device is accommodated in the inside of the cover body. A sunlight shading unit(11) is projected in a front side of the cover body and a mesh member(12) is arranged in a rear side of the cover body so that a ventilation effect is provided.
