PURPOSE: A device and a method for inspecting a product is provided to improve productivity because the efficiency for a verification task with respect to a classification result through an automatic inspecting device in which lots of overkills are generated can be maximized.;CONSTITUTION: A device(40) for inspecting a product comprises a photographing unit(41), an inspection unit(42), a display unit(43), and an input unit(44). The photographing unit photographs the exterior of an object product. The inspection unit grasps information of failure existed in the product by using image data photographed by the photographing unit. The display unit gathers a plurality of failure indicating units existed in the product, thereby displaying on one screen. The input unit receives a judgment with respect to the failure of the product based on the failure indicating units.
