PURPOSE: An elastic chip is provided to increase availability of resource, to reduce manufacturing cost of elastic chip, and to minimize eruption of harmful material from a surface where the elastic chip is installed by using steelmaking slag as a side material.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an elastic chip comprises: a step of preparing EPDM, reinforcing filler, dispersing agent, softening agent, mixing promoter, vulcanizing agent, vulcanizing accelerator; a step of generating a first blend by mixing the EPDM, reinforcing filler, mixing promoter, coloring agent, steelmaking slag, reinforcing filler, and softening agent; a step of generating a second blend by adding the reinforcing filler and the softening agent ; a step of generating a third blend by putting the vulcanizing agent and the vulcanizing accelerator into the second blend; a step of generating vulcanized rubber by press-vulcanization of the mixture after rolling, pressing, aging the third blend; and a step of cooling and grinding the vulcanized rubber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (s210) Preparing Base material; (s220) Generating a first blend; (s230) Generating a Second blend; (s240) Generating a Third blend; (s250) Generating a Vulcanized rubber; (s260) Cooling and Pulverizing
