PURPOSE: Evaporation and condensation methods for generating power by the air and a desalination method are provided to easily make temperature difference using the temperature of the water in a humidifier. CONSTITUTION: A power generation method using waste steam from a condensation tank and a desalination method is to boil an evaporation tank by the dry air, and the dry air passes through a humidifier. The dry air becomes the humid air with low temperature, and the waste steam is condensed by the air. A power generation method using waste steam from a condensation tank and a desalination method is to provide lower temperature water as condensation heat for the condensation tank, and the water is supplied to the humidifier again.
