PURPOSE: A fixed dose combination drug composition containing losartan, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide is provided to minimize single formulation and composite, to ensure excellent elution rate, and to prevent or treat cardiovascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A fixed dose combination drug composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains losartan or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, amlodipine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and hydrochlorothiazide. The composition additionally contains crospovidone, starch sodium glyconate, croscarmellose sodium, low substitution hydroxypropyl cellulose or a mixture thereof in a first layer as a disintegrant.
