PURPOSE: A photographing device for device for inspecting a surface of a central hole of a turbine rotor is provided to inspect a surface of a central hole of a turbine rotor with images photographed by a camera by unaided eyes, thereby preventing the distortion of images caused by distance variations.;CONSTITUTION: A photographing device for device for inspecting a surface of a central hole of a turbine rotor comprises a camera body(100), a vertical frame(200), a main frame(400), and a link bar(500). The camera body is installed in order to photograph a direction perpendicular to an axis of a central hole, thereby photographing a surface of the central hole of the turbine rotor. The camera body comprises a photographing camera and LED modules. The vertical frame fixes the camera body. The main frame is connected to the vertical frame.
