PURPOSE: An accuracy improvement method of brain operation navigation is provided to form a final image by uniting a stereo endoscope upscale image and a virtual endoscope depth map.;CONSTITUTION: Plane images are obtained(S110). A pre-processing process including the interpolation of an image is advanced through an interpolation process and a segmentation process(S120). The interpolation process calculates the difference before and after a current sequence image between sequent images. 3D volume data changes a 3D volume format which is changed into a VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language) format(20).
