PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a highly conductive polylactic acid polymer is provided to obtain high conductivity and to reduce production cost of a polylactic acid polymer by applying optimized conditions of temperature, pressure, weight ratio, etc in order to use polylactic acid in electronic parts.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a highly conductive polylactic acid polymer comprises: a step(S1) of mixing a mixture putting 100.0 parts by weight of polylactic acid, 10-20 parts by weight of lactide and 5-10 parts by weight of polyglycolic acid into a reactor; a step(S2) of adding 0.1-1 parts by weight of serine and dodecyl alcohol into the reactor, and applying electromagnetic wave; a step of adding 0.1-1 parts by weight of cerium acetate into the reactor, and mixing the mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (S1) Step of putting raw material in, heating and stirring; (S2) Step of generating cyclic polypeptide; (S3) Step of forming highly conductive polylactic acid polymers; (S4) Step of accelerating a polymerization; (S5) Step of finishing reaction and discharging reactants
