PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for assisting the pilotage of an aircraft and the aircraft are provided to assist the pilotage of the aircraft with first and second rotors driven by a power plant including a main gear box.;CONSTITUTION: A method for assisting the pilotage of an aircraft is as follows. Current first and second collective pitches are determined. An index(63) is displayed in a diagram(60) with a first shaft(61) and a second shaft(62). Scales are marked on the first and second shafts by collective pitch units related to the first and second collective pitches. The index indicates the first and second collective pitches. A limited parameter which is the closet one to its limitations among monitoring parameters in a current operational rating of engines(2,3) is determined. Power margin capable of being used to at least one of the engines is determined. One power limitation curve(70) is determined per each power margin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
