PURPOSE: A system for improving the legibility of image-type contents, a device thereof, and a method thereof are provided to improve the legibility of the contents by restructuring the contents to control sizes by category according to device specifications and converting a format.;CONSTITUTION: A control unit(150) converts characters into a text by extracting the characters from image-type contents. The control unit classifies remaining areas into images based on sizes. The control unit classifies the text and the images into categories and restructures the contents through contents composed of the classified test and images. The control unit controls sizes by the categories according to device specifications.
