The present invention relates to a high strength clad plate for brazing using a strip casting aluminum alloy, and a method of manufacturing the same. The high strength clad plate for brazing includes: a core material formed of a strip casting aluminum alloy; and a skin material for brazing roll-bonded to the core material and attached, the skin material being cold-rolled after annealing and attached to the core material. The method of manufacturing the high strength clad plate for brazing includes: a step of preparing a core material formed of a strip casting aluminum alloy and a skin material for brazing formed of an Al-Si-based alloy containing silicon (Si) of about 6.8% by weight to about 13.0% by weight; a step of cleaning the core material and the skin material for brazing; a step of performing wire brushing on outer surfaces of the core material and the skin material for brazing; a step of stacking the core material and the skin material for brazing to primarily perform roll bonding; a step of primarily rolling the core material and the skin material for brazing which are roll-bonded to each other; a step of annealing the core material and the skin material for brazing which are primarily rolled; and a step of secondarily rolling the core material and the skin material for brazing which are annealed to complete a high strength clad plate for brazing.
