SOLDERING IRON TIP WITH A PROTECTION CAP FOR CHECKING A LIFESPAN AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, IN WHICH USERS EASILY DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THE IRON TIP CAN BE USED

PURPOSE: A soldering iron tip with a protection cap for checking a lifespan and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a soldering iron from becoming damaged, and effectively maintain the performance of an iron tip.;CONSTITUTION: A soldering iron tip comprises a body unit(10), a protection cap(30), a protection layer(40), lifespan checking projections(50), and a lifespan checking hole. The body unit is coupled to a soldering tool. A front end part(20) comprises a working portion(22) and a non-working portion(21). The front end part is integrally formed in the protection cap, and installed at the outside of the body unit. The protection layer is formed on the outer surfaces of the protection cap and body unit. The lifespan checking projections protrude from the outer surface of the front end part at a predetermined height. The lifespan checking hole is formed in the protection cap, and the lifespan checking projections protrude at the same height as the protection cap.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
