MANUFACTURING METHOD OF RADIAL TIRES FOR AIRCRAFTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE SHAPE STABILITY OF THE TIRES

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of radial tires for aircrafts is provided to prevent a carcass code from being exposed by primarily attaching a rim flange rubber composition to a shaping drum.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of radial tires includes the following steps: a rim flange rubber composition(1) is primarily attached to the end part of a shaping drum(100) in a circumferential direction; an inner liner(2) and a backup liner(3) are successively attached on the shaping drum; a carcass code(4), a wire bead(5), and an apex rubber composition(6) are successively attached to the shaping drum; and chafer strip rubber compositions(7) are attached to both sides of the shaping drum.
