PURPOSE: A supermolecular thermo-reversible crosslinked elastomer composition is provided to be continuously processed and produced by using general plastic or rubber processing apparatus, and to be repeatedly used because degradation of mechanical properties, elastic recovery, compression permanent set rate, etc are hardly occurred even after repeated processes.;CONSTITUTION: A supermolecular thermo-reversible crosslinked elastomer composition is manufactured by mixing 0.2-20.0 parts by weight of metal salt, 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of antioxidant, 0.2-20.0 parts by weight of metal salt and 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of antioxidant based on 100.0 parts by weight of carboxylic acid-grafted ethylene-propylene rubber substrate.
