PURPOSE: ZnCu ferrite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily control the permeability in the 13.56 MHz frequency band by controlling the content of Co, Si and ZnO.;CONSTITUTION: ZnCu ferrite includes Fe of 47 to 48 mol% as Fe2O3. The ZnCu ferrite includes Zn of 20 to 30 mol% as ZnO. The ZnCu ferrite includes Cu of 21 to 34 mol% as CuO. The ZnCu ferrite includes Bi of 0.3 to 1 parts by weight as Bi2O3. The ZnCu ferrite includes Co of 0.3 to 2 parts by weight as Co3O4 and Si of 0.5 to 2 parts by weight as SiO2.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Permeability loss; (CC) Co3O4 content increase
