PURPOSE: A graphene containing separating membrane, and a seawater desalinating facility and a gas separating facility using the same are provided to improve the efficiency of a membrane separation system by improving the selectivity of the membrane.;CONSTITUTION: A separating membrane includes a polymer support and graphene. The graphene is formed on at least one side of the polymer support. The graphene includes a plurality of grains which is divided by grain boundaries. The separating membrane penetrates targets to be separated through the grain boundaries. The graphene is multiple-layered. Pores are further arranged in the grains. The polymer support is in a dense membrane structure or a micro-porous structure. The polymer support is made of polysulfone, polyethersulfone, polyimide, polyamide, polyether imide, poly(acrylo nitrile), poly(methylmethacrylate), polyethylene, polytetrafluroethylene, polypropylene, or poly(vinylidene fluoride).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Graphene monolayer; (BB) Interlayer distance
