PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an R-Fe-B rare earth sintered magnet is provided to improve coercive force of the sintered magnet by improving a thermal treatment process for the sintered magnet and a hydrogen treatment process for R-Fe-B magnet powder.;CONSTITUTION: An alloy strip is manufactured(S110). A hydrogen treatment process is performed at a hydrogen treatment temperature within 350 to 450°C for the alloy strip(S120). A dehydrogenation treatment process is performed for the alloy strip(S130). Magnet powder is formed by shattering the alloy strip(S140). The magnet powder is sintered(S200).
