PURPOSE: A femto base station and femto base station management system thereof are provided to set an X2 interface between femto base stations.;CONSTITUTION: A query unit(207) obtains the IP address of a neighbor femto base station from a femto base station management system. The femto base station management system manages a plurality of femto base stations. A setting unit(209) sets an interface with the neighbor femto base station using the IP address obtained from the query unit. A broadcasting unit(201) broadcasts cell information. A determination unit(205) confirms the cell information from signals received from the neighbor base station in a listening mode.
