PURPOSE: A stick with a germination function is provided to conveniently germinate seeds in flowerpots and to increase the advertising effect of the seeds.;CONSTITUTION: A stick with a germination function includes a seed(110), a water-soluble film(120), and a stick. The seed is one seed of various flowering plants. The seed is germinated in soil by receiving moisture. The water-soluble film is a film containing polyvinyl alcohol. The water-soluble film is obtained includes the following steps: polyvinyl alcohol and water are introduced into a reactor; a mixed solution is obtained, and an additive such as a plasticizer is introduced into the mixed solution; silicon and preservative are introduced into the resultant product to obtain and stabilize copolymerized liquid; and the stabilized copolymerized liquid is coated on the surface of releasing paper and is cured. The water-soluble film is fixed to the stick and is inserted into soil to be dissolved by moisture in the soil. The seed is germinated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
