PURPOSE: An offensive odor treatment device is provided to discharge offensive odor outside and prevents the performance reduction of suction units. CONSTITUTION: An offensive odor treatment device comprises a suction mouth(10), an offensive odor suction fan, a toilet seat(30), and a windproof gasket(40). The suction mouth is installed in the top portion of the toilet bowl(1). One side of the offensive odor suction fan is connected to a suction pipe(21). An offensive odor discharge pipe connected to the offensive odor suction fan is connected to a ventilator for a ceiling. The toilet seat is installed to be rotated up and down. The windproof gasket blocks the gap between the toilet bowl and the toilet seat.
