HARD-COATING COMPOSITION AND SHEET FOR FORMING HARD-COATING WITH EXCELLENT LOW TEMPERATURE FORMABILITY AND SLIP PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A hard coating composition is provided to improve moldability at low temperature and slipability of a sheet for forming hard-coating. CONSTITUTION: A hard coating composition comprises a blend of a UV-curable resin having a (meth)acryloyl functional group and a divalent or polyvalent polycarbonate polyol. A manufacturing method of the composition comprises: a step of manufacturing a (meth)acrylate copolymer with an epoxy group; a step of manufacturing a UV-curable resin with an acryloyl functional group through an addition reaction of a (meth)acrylic acid monomer to the (meth)acrylate copolymer; and a step of manufacturing the composition by blending the UV-curable resin and divalent or polyvalent polycarbonate polyol.
