PURPOSE: A rotary joint device, a machining method therefor and a spindle driving device for a machine tool with the rotary joint device are provided to easily assemble cylinder blocks by maintaining the pressure of fluid in each port of the cylinder blocks.;CONSTITUTION: A rotary joint device(60) comprises outer cylinders(61), mounting grooves(81), and a plurality of position fixing blocks(80). The mounting grooves are formed on the outer surfaces of the outer cylinders. The mounting grooves are formed on the surface over two adjacent cylindrical blocks. The bottom of the mounting groove is processed into a plane. The installation position of the position fixing block is set as one kind.
