PURPOSE: An exhaust gas power recovery turbine, a waste heat recovery system, and a operation method thereof are provided to prevent vibration in turbine blades. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas power recovery turbine(20) comprises a turbine housing(21), a rotor(23), and a guide baffle(24). The turbine housing comprises a plurality of exhaust gas passages(22a,22b). The exhaust gas passages guide exhaust gas to turbine blades(23a) through the guide baffle. Each exhaust gas passage is separated each other, and joins at the guide baffle. Pressure sensors which measure the pressure of the exhaust gas are placed at the exhaust gas passage. Pressure equalization units are connected to the pressure sensors. The pressure equalization units equalize the pressure of the exhaust gas in the exhaust gas passages.
