PURPOSE: A U-form slit beam steering single antenna and a beam steering method are provided to reduce noise caused by signal interference, thereby increasing product quality.;CONSTITUTION: A flat type and U-form slot antenna unit(100) is formed on a surface of an object. An antenna unit is steered to have 50°~70° half power beam width with selecting one maximum beam pattern direction on a y-z axis based on a z-axis among a 0° direction, a 30° direction, or a 330° direction according to on/off operation of switches(140,150).
