FILTER DESIGN METHOD TO LOCALIZE VIBRATION IN A PANEL AND METHOD OF LOCALIZING OF VIBRATION IN A PANEL THEREBY

PURPOSE: A filter design method for vibration localization of a panel and a vibration localization method of the panel by a filter designed by using the filter design method are provided to locally generate vibration in a specific area of the panel, thereby increasing user touch in a device which a touch panel is applied. CONSTITUTION: A transfer function matrix of a panel is obtained(S110). Filter coefficients of a filter are calculated by two techniques(S120). The filter coefficient is selected by comparing performance of the calculated filter coefficients(S130). The transfer function matrix is measured by a non-contact vibration measurement sensor. The transfer function matrix is measured by a frequency response function prediction technique caused by a swept sine method.
