PURPOSE: A conventional Korean-style soybean koji lactococcus lactis-gam lactic bacterium strain (kfcc 11510p) is provided to enhance the quality of paste products by using the lactic bacterium as a starter.;CONSTITUTION: A conventional fermented soybeans lactococcus lactis-gam lactic bacterium strain (kfcc 11510p) composed of 0.6% of casein proteinase, olive oil lipase, starch decomposing A -amylase enzyme activity, antioxidant, and HT-29 human colon adenocarcinoma cell suppression functions. The conventional fermented soybeans lactococcus lactis-gam lactic bacterium strain is separated from the Korea conventional fermented soybeans. Lactococcus Lactis-GAm lactic bacterium strain (KFCC 11510P) is obtained by the following steps: cutting fermented soybean sample and suspending in sterile water; and selecting superior strain which is well developed and in which the colony shape is clear among the colonies formed in a MRS culture medium by culturing at 37 deg.
