PURPOSE: A cargo distributing device and a cargo processing device with the same are provided to transport cargoes by rapidly distributing the cargoes of a cargo processing device, thereby multiplying a transporting amount.;CONSTITUTION: A cargo distributing device comprises a guide unit and cargo drop direction controlling unit(154). The guide unit guides the movement of cargoes by being arranged between a plurality of cargo receiving parts(130,130') and a cargo transporting unit(120). The cargo drop direction control unit is installed in the guide unit. The cargo drop direction control unit controls a drop direction so that the cargoes being supplied from the cargo transporting unit are selectively supplied to one or more cargo receiving parts.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
