PURPOSE: A shield ground circuit of a non-magnetic heating line is provided to easily connect a metal shield to a ground for grounding the metal shield in a single-phase two-wire system and a single-phase three-wire system.;CONSTITUTION: One end of a virtual grounding unit(50) is connected to one end of a power supply unit(20). A virtual ground is formed according as the virtual grounding unit is connected to first and second heating lines and a shield(6). A switching unit(40) includes a common contact point, a first contact point, and a second contact point. The common contact point is connected to the shield. The first contact point is connected to the other end of the virtual grounding unit. The second contact point is connected to the other end of the power supply unit.
