摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of maleimide-based copolymer is provided to simplify production process, to manufacture a pure maleimide-based copolymer resin with heat durability without generating additional byproducts by a process collecting unreacted monomers after polymerization and imide substitution.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of maleimide-based copolymer comprises a step of conducting polymerization by putting an initiator into a mixture consisting of an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer, unsaturated carboxylic anhydride monomer and solvent; a step of collecting unreacted monomers; and a ring-opening reaction step manufacturing phenyl maleamic acid by putting a mixture of a primary amine monomer and a solvent into a copolymer manufactured by the polymerization step; and a ring-closing reaction step passing the phenyl maleamic acid through an imide substitution reaction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
