PURPOSE: A multilayer thin film for a ceramic electronic component and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase capacitance by reducing the distance between electrodes.;CONSTITUTION: A ceramic layer(2) and a metal layer(3) are alternately formed on at least one side between an upper side and a lower side of a substrate(1). One height of the ceramic layer and the metal layer is one thickness of a plurality of particles. The plurality of particles is arranged on plane.
