PURPOSE: A sand pavement with elasticity for a children's playground is provided to improve environmentally-friendly effects by forming an elastic layer composed of thermoplastic resins between a ground layer and a surface layer.;CONSTITUTION: A sand pavement with elasticity for a children's playground comprises a ground layer, a surface layer, an elastic layer, and a water-permeable and sand loss prevention layer. The ground layer is a construction surface. The surface layer is composed of sand and is the uppermost layer of the sand pavement. The elastic layer is composed of thermoplastic resins and is formed between the ground layer and the surface layer.
